Full Job Description

We are looking for a full time Receptionist and Registration Authority Technician to join our busy, friendly team in Facilities HQ, the successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. Applicant will possess a flexible and conscientious approach to their work and will carry out a wide range of reception and administration duties including the production of ID badges and Smartcards for staff., The role of Receptionist and Registration Authority Technician is to work as part of a Team to provide reception duties for Facilities HQ and support appropriate access to Salto, Smartcard systems, Car parking database and general assistance to the Facilities HQ Team, reporting directly to the Transport, Accommodation and HQ Manager.
