Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity at Barts Health NHS Trust, within the Cardiac Diagnostics Directorate tojoin as a Receptionist/Scheduler. We have 3 vacancies, 1 in our Cardiac Imaging team and 2 in our CardiacPhysiology team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has good interpersonal skills. This is an exciting role, andthe successful candidate will be part of a team of various staff cohorts, whilst being a part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will be required to work on the day-to-day duties of reception to meet and greet patientsand schedule diagnostic appointments They will ensure that service requirements are met and NationalRTT and DM01 targets are adhered to.

The successful candidate will need to be a flexible team player who can manage a varied workload to meetset targets and changing deadlines. They must be able to work within a confidential environment andadhere to Information Governance procedures.Computer literacy is essential as the successful candidate will be expected to input, extract and compileinformation from a number of booking and patient tracking systems.
