This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the care home by preventing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, communicating findings, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
