Full Job Description

The Buckinghamshire Recovery College are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator. The Recovery College administrator will work closely with the Recovery College Lead and Recovery College Clinical Coordinator to ensure the effective day to day running of the Buckinghamshire Recovery College. You will be responsible for setting up and operating of effective administrative systems which includes and not exhaustive to; being the first point of contact for the College, advertising the college, updating the database, updating registers, filing enrolment forms, contacting students via phone, text, and email, supporting the Recovery College Lead and clinical Coordinator to manage the bookings of the courses/ workshops and community venues and effective data collection and management for the College., Support the Recovery College Lead and College Clinical Coordinator in the development of the Recovery College as it moves to sit within the Primary Care Mental health Hubs (PCMHH) and offers a wider remit and service to the community of Buckinghamshire. You will liaise with Recovery College staff, lived experience tutors and professional tutors to help arrange the College terms, courses, timetables for all college courses and the prospectus whilst adhering to all principals of co-production. This will also include support for arranging events such as the College open days. With the support of the Recovery College Lead and Clinical Coordinator you will ensure procedures are in place to ensure an inclusive enrolment process for new and returning students. You will contact students via telephone, text and email as required and carry out meetings as appropriate with all new students to ensure a smooth enrolment process and reduce any potential barriers. The responsibility of arranging and supporting the preparation of the venues for the delivery of the courses will lie with this post.
