Full Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Recovery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver a comprehensive Tier 2/3 service, supporting individuals struggling with drug use as well as their families and friends. This position operates within the framework of STaRS (Staffordshire Trent and Recovery System), providing meaningful and impactful support to those in need.

+ Holding a caseload of service users and being responsible for offering a range of interventions to those individuals.
+ Supporting service users through their treatment journey from beginning to end
+ Embracing the concept of recovery and demonstrating this in your clinical work
+ Ensuring that your work is evidence based, up to date and in accordance with current policy and legislation.
+ Keeping up to date and accurate records and documentation., + Be responsible for maintaining a full case load of complex clients as the key worker.
+ To develop and sustain links with multi-disciplinary services including statutory and non-statutory providers of Tier 2,3,4 drug services, criminal justice services and providers of wrap around services.
+ To keep up to date records and information for the purpose of internal and external evaluation.
+ To provide information and statistics consistent with the Drug Action Team (DAT) and Inclusion's requirements.
+ To participate in regular supervision.
+ To take part in annual appraisal and review based on the NHS knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF)
+ To attend relevant internal and external meetings.
