Full Job Description

Take and lead responsibility for teaching and assessing learners in the TL's speciality area ofpractice.Demonstrate a high commitment to professional and personal development to ensure thatprofessional competencies are maintained and developed to continue to meet the needs of theservice and regulatory body (PREP CPD)., The purpose of the Team Leader (TL) position is to provide on-going professional and clinical leadership to the Recovery team who are delivering post- operative care, whilst working collaboratively with the clinicians (surgeon and anaesthetist) as part of the wider multi-professional team. The Team Lead will support all international staff, preceptees and new starters joining the Anaesthetics, Critical care and Theatre team at RCHT
