Full Job Description

Provide leadership to a team of staff in the Sports Centre coordinating their work to ensure high quality provision and experience for learners and customers.

  • 37 hours per week
  • 6 months fixed term, To take responsibility for the general management of the Sports Centre in the absence of the Sports Facilities Manager.
  • Responsible for the security of the premises to include unlocking and locking up at the beginning and end of the day. Handling keys and cash on the premises.
  • Responsibility for the appearance of the Centre interior and exterior ensuring the centre is presentable at all times.
  • Supervision of the Centre to ensure correct use of facilities are enforced

    5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent including Maths and English
  • Relevant knowledge & experience within industry
  • Experience of line managing others
  • First Aid
  • Interest in Sport & Fitness
