Full Job Description

  • Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels.

  • Screen, shortlist, and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions.

  • Expand your network of candidates to prepare a diverse talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Handle job briefings as needed for new positions.

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records using the Applicant Tracking System, Networx.

    To be successful in the role you will be able to evidence your ability to fill vacancies using a range of direct sourcing channels including social media, search, networking, and advertising. Having some In-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience across a range of sectors, including Trades, Engineering and Supervisory Levels - will be an advantage, along with the ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems efficiently and write inclusive job adverts.
