Recruiter

As an Experienced Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, Hiring Managers, and Key Stakeholders to support all recruitment activities across the business. Your role will involve providing a proactive, effective, and professional service, contributing to filling roles within the 30-day time-to-hire timeframe. You will play a key part in positioning Pilgrim's Europe as an employer of choice and enhancing our talent pipeline.,

• Support all recruitment activities across the business.
• Provide a first-class service to all stakeholders, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships and offer advice and guidance on recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
• Utilise all available tools to enhance recruitment processes.
  
  Ideally hold a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment.
• Experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SOx and SAP is advantageous, but training can be provided.
• Valid driving license required for travel to various sites.
