Recruiter

We are currently seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organisation., Utilise Salesforce and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilise social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding purposes
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for candidate tracking and reporting
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilise systems like PeopleSoft and Workday for candidate onboarding processes
- Generate leads for potential candidates through various channels

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment tools
- Excellent relationship management skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with systems like PeopleSoft and Workday for HR processes
