Full Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Recruiter to support the delivery of an extensive programme of work comprising of new build facilities and refurbishment to support current and future operations on the Client site. This position provides essential support to the Project Operations Team in relation to the delivery of the full breadth of resourcing requirements, including project, security and business requirements and strategic initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be required to collaborate with senior leadership, resourcing, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to drive successful change management efforts that support the organisation's strategic goals and enhance its overall effectiveness. Some of your duties will be: Resourcing
- Support submission and selection processes including (CV formatting, spreadsheet and records maintenance, SQEP assessment / interview process).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process (security, pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, file closing etc).
- Support the Resourcing and HR team including meeting minutes, spreadsheet maintenance, interview organisation and employee file generation and maintenance. Operational Effectiveness
- Provide updates and reporting as required to Key Stakeholders (including Head of Programme Resourcing and Project Leads) to ensure they are well-informed on key resourcing / HR activities, risks, issues.
- Facilitate a coordinated approach with the various functions and projects to ensure people are on-boarded effectively, ensuring best practice is followed across the programme. Project Assistance
- Support the capture of SQEP led Training and personal development plans.
- Assist with the delivery and organisation of the programme's employee induction programme. Recruitment
- Develop relevant market scans and talent maps for recruitment planning.
- Attend and participate in requisition defining and pre-qualification meetings.

You will have knowledge of the Recruitment lifecycle inclusive of Nuclear SQEP process and security led mobilisation. We'd like to see experience working with niche requisitions in a competitive market and a good understanding of how social media can be used to attract talent. We need excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. We also need experience developing and amending HR and Resourcing policies and procedures. An understanding of the security vetting process and requirements for a secure programme is essential. Proficiency with O365 skills: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, MS Planner, Excel (Tables, Validations, Pivot Tables, Conditional formatting, VLookup / XLookup)
