Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent while providing a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition o Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates. o Use job boards and social media platforms to build a talent pipeline. o Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates. 2. Recruitment Process Management o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. o Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. o Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria. o Organise and participate in interviews, including panel discussions when required. 3. Candidate Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process. o Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback. 4. Compliance and Reporting o Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws and GDPR regulations. o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and interview notes. o Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment.
