Full Job Description

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Hours: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know in your application What will you be responsible for? As a Recruiter, you'll co-ordinate the full end to end recruitment process and develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR teams and the wider recruitment team. Your day to day will include:

  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process including writing and posting adverts, arranging interviews and accurately reviewing offer details
  • Sourcing candidates and talent pooling utilising our recruitment system and job boards (eg LinkedIn)
  • Being a positive brand ambassador for Kier selling our employee value proposition
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our processes
  • General administration including maintenance of team email inboxes and raising purchase orders

    Experience directly sourcing candidates using a variety of attraction methods
  • Demonstrable experience working within a recruitment environment - internal or agency
  • Good engagement skills with the ability to be a creative and curious thinker
  • Proficiency in the use MS Office, especially MS Excel, candidate tracking systems and social media tools
