We provide clients with premier data, technology, cybersecurity, and go-to-market specialists to excel in the disruptive digital environment. What We Offer You: As a recruitment intern, you'll have a key role in building the company's brand within the tech industry. You'll have ownership of the recruiting process and will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone to become an expert. The internship can be done remotely. The company offers operational experience in a startup where your work directly impacts the business. You'll work closely with the CEO on the recruiting strategy. There's potential for unlimited growth within the company, and they have a track record of promoting internally. The internship lasts for 12 months with the possibility of a full-time role in recruitment or other departments. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly

strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates in collaboration with the CEO. Engage in business development activities. Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach. Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process, which includes CV screening. Manage the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse, by updating job postings and descriptions. Report to the senior recruitment team and the CEO. What We Expect From You: You should have a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results. You must have a UK work permit. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable. Taking ownership of your work, being proactive, and following through on commitments are important. You should have a desire to learn, develop, and push yourself. No prior experience in recruiting is required; the company is willing to teach you everything you need to know.
