Full Job Description

You will support the Recruitment Coordinators and Advisers in ensuring high-quality advertising and timely processing of recruitment activities, the completion of pre-employment checks, managing the offer process to successful candidates, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, working closely with candidates, managers, and colleagues across the Resourcing team.
Knowledge of NHS Employment Checks and experience in using the NHS Jobs and/or Trac recruitment systems would be beneficial for this position., Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and south Buckinghamshire.
As well as delivering excellent general hospital services to local people, we provide specialist heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis and plastic surgery services across a much wider area.

We are also proud to host the Defence Medical Group South East at Frimley Park with military surgical, medical and nursing personnel working alongside the hospital's NHS staff providing care to patients in all specialties., + To support the recruitment and selection process: advertising vacancies, responding to applicant queries, arranging and undertaking interviews, and updating candidates.
+ To support the management of the offer process for successful candidates, ensuring they receive the necessary paperwork and that pre-employment checks are completed as required.
+ To adopt the highest standards of customer care in the provision of HR services to the general public, candidates, staff, and managers.
+ To use a number of HR systems on a regular basis, including the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC recruitment system, and NHS Jobs.
+ To participate in recruitment events (i.e. open days/assessment centres) as required, including occasional evenings/weekends.

We currently have 2 roles available to support our Medical Staffing Team and our Temporary Staffing Compliance Team.
With plans in place to become the leading Recruitment service within the South-East area, this is an exciting time to join our Trust. No matter your background we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and that seeks to be part of a team responsible for driving the organisation forward.
You will be predominantly based at our Ascot offices adjacent to our new Heatherwood Hospital, a location renowned for good transport links for anyone residing in the South-East/West area.
You will be working in a hybrid role, with 2 days working remote from home (after successful completion of the probation period) and 3 days working in the office (based on full-time hours)., + Fantastic Customer service (bring a smile and we can teach you the rest)

+ An understanding of IT i.e. Microsoft packages

+ Ability to work with and understand new systems
