Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment Administration team.

The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference by providing a high quality, efficient, customer-focused recruitment administration service to both prospective employees and recruiting managers.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

This post is part-time 30 hours a week and offers hybrid working after a period of training.

The post will be based primarily at our admin hub in Huntingdon, Kingfisher House, Kingfisher Way with some requirement to travel to Royal Papworth Hospital, Cambridge Biomedical Campus to support the monthly onboarding of new starters attending our Trust induction.

With excellent communication and customer-service skills, you should feel comfortable working as part of a team but also working alone. Attention to detail and a flexible approach are essential. You might have a background in customer service or recruitment, but this is not essential if you have a professional, positive and 'can do' attitude.

Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience in a customer facing role and previous experience of using databases/computerised systems would be an advantage.

The role includes placing adverts, processing pre-employment checks on our recruitment system, new starter preparations and supporting new starter onboarding. You will also deal with queries from candidates and managers across the organisation.

If this sounds like the job for you and you are able to uphold our values: Compassion Excellence Collaboration, we would love to hear from you.
