As part of the team you will be assisting the recruitment of our clients field marketing activity across the UK and Ireland., The core responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Creating insightful and attractive job adverts
  • Assessing ROI from advertising sources utilised
  • Reviewing new candidate applications
  • Arranging and conducting interviews
  • Co-ordinating face to face and video call interviews with hiring managers
  • Providing feedback to candidates

    Working in a fast paced environment, this opportunity is suited to an organised team player who is looking to utilise their skills., Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Effective time management and prioritisation
  • Competent in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office
  • Experience within an administration function
