Full Job Description

My client is a large retailer based in Redditch who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at a busy period. You will be responsible for supporting candidates through the entire onboarding process. Recruitment Administrator Temporary - ongoing (3 months minimum) £11.44 per hour Monday - Friday / 8:45am-5pm The Successful candidate will be joining an established administration team of 2 working within the Halfords Recruitment team, their duties will be but not limited to:

  • Processing Compliance Checks.
  • Arranging inductions / Start dates with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Issue contracts through ATS.
  • Support candidates through onboarding process.
  • Diary Management.
  • Making sure the correct information is advertised.
  • Completing offers.
  • Updating and maintaining internal records for training.
  • New Hire and Internal Transfer administration.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous Office Experience (preferred)
  • Administration background (preferred)
