Recruitment Administrator York Hybrid Working (1 day a month working at our York Neurological Centre) Salary : £24,806 per annum Hours : 35 Hours We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Recruitment Team here at Brainkind We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, flexible person who is experienced in Administration and Compliance to join our team on a full time, basis, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm., The Role : As a Recruitment Administrator you will provide Brainkind with an efficient and effective administration service to support our Centralised Recruitment Team.

You will be responsible for liaising with all appointed candidates across Brainkind to ensure that pre-employment checks are carried out in a timely manner whilst adhering to CQC regulations and guidelines.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Processing of all Pre-Employment documents. This includes processing offers of employment, tracking DBS applications, chasing and obtaining all required references within the last 5 years daily and ensuring that this is tracked in an accurate way

  • Supporting the Central Recruitment Team with all aspects of Recruitment this includes aspects of vacancy management and providing the administration of information related to advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and appointment.

  • Liaising with stakeholders and candidate to update them on the progress of their recruitment

  • Supporting the management of application tracking and processing, including correspondence with successful and unsuccessful candidates in an appropriate way.

  • Acting as a point of contact for recruitment enquiries, i.e. candidates, Managers and agencies.

  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records on CoreHR and other recruitment systems.

    GCSE level qualifications or equivalent

  • Must have experience in Health & Social Care Background

  • Experience of working on a HR / Recruitment information / IT system / database with excellent and accurate data entry ability as well as record management and maintenance

  • Relevant experience of working in an administrative role

  • Ability to use own initiative and be adaptable and flexible

  • Ability to deal with queries in a professional manner
