Recruitment Advisor

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly HR department on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a central role in the future success of the company, ensuring that good customer outcomes and an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a fast paced and varied role, where the successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and create appropriate hiring strategies to help attract and secure quality talent. You will hold responsibility for sourcing and screening suitable candidates for a diverse range of roles through a direct sourcing model, whilst building talent pipelines and working collaboratively with the wider business to provide up to date industry knowledge and expertise.

It is essential that you ensure the candidate management process is effective, compliant and timely, and that you provide a high quality recruitment offering which is flexible, inclusive and focused on business need.

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate previous experience in a fast-paced in-house recruitment role, who has previously partnered with senior stakeholders and recruited for vacancies at all levels. In addition, you'll have previous experience of using applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and appropriate legislation.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with the take the initiative to lead or challenge where necessary. You will have the ability to work at pace, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
It is desirable that you have experience recruiting within a regulated environment (Legal, Financial Services or Insurance), but this is not essential.
