Full Job Description

You will be based in the Recruitment Team, and will be required to assist in the provision of a high quality, professional Recruitment service for the Trust, dealing with complex queries, and providing advice and support to both recruiting managers and applicants.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail, as well as problem solving techniques and a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all pre-employment checks are compliant prior to start date, and that all relevant checks and documentation have been received and stored for audit purposes.

This role will require flexible working across an 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday service, rotating between a 07:30 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 16:30 shift.

Occasional Saturday work will also be required for Recruitment events., Providing and assisting in the provision of a high quality, professional recruitment service for the Trust, dealing with complex queries, and providing advice and support to both recruiting managers and applicants.
