As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, providing an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding. You'll partner with department leaders to attract and hire outstanding individuals who embody our values and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. - Collaborating with managers to understand their hiring needs and creating tailored recruitment strategies.
- Using innovative sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to find the best candidates.
- Conducting initial screening interviews to shortlist candidates who align with our culture.
- Organising and participating in recruitment events and job fairs whilst supporting seasonal and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Managing our work experiences/placements working in partnership with local schools/universities and industry charities
- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinating with external job boards and recruitment agencies as needed.
- Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System.
- Analysing recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Contributing to wider people team projects, from wellbeing initiatives to engagement surveys.
A passion for people and delivering exceptional service. - Previous experience in recruitment within hospitality.

The on-target earning potential for this role is a 30,500 annual salary, comprising a base salary of 28,962 supplemented by an estimated 1600 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.
