Recruitment Assistant

· To support the provision of a recruitment and selection service throughout the Trust.

· Ensure the maintenance of an accurate HR database.

· Participate in providing efficient and effective HR support to Trust managers, staff and members of the public.

· You will be responsible for the administration of the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation and Vacancy Control processes.

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

· Previous experience in a recruitment role

· Great communication skills

· Excellent organisational skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload

· Microsoft package knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
