Full Job Description

You will support the Recruitment Coordinators and Advisers in ensuring high-quality advertising and timely processing of recruitment activities, the completion of pre-employment checks, managing the offer process to successful candidates, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, working closely with candidates, managers, and colleagues across the Resourcing team.
Knowledge of NHS Employment Checks and experience in using the NHS Jobs and/or Trac recruitment systems would be beneficial.

What you need to know about Frimley NHS apprenticeships
+ apprenticeships take between one and five years to complete.
+ anyone over the age of 16 can do one.
+ over a week, you're likely to spend the equivalent of four days on work placement and one day at a training centre or college.
+ you'll develop your skills, including English and maths.
+ you'll gain a competence qualification (based on what you can do in the workplace) and a knowledge qualification, or a qualification combining both.

The successful candidate will be required to commit to the apprenticeship programme and actively engage in the learning and development process associated with it. This includes attending all necessary training sessions, completing coursework, and demonstrating a commitment to gaining the knowledge and skills required for the apprenticeship. The post holder should be prepared to invest time and effort into both on-the-job learning and any formal educational requirements to ensure their success within the programme and their continued professional growth.
