Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and fast paced Recruitment Team as a full time Recruitment Assistant, helping to provide an efficient and effective recruitment service to the Trust.
You will assist in the provision of a quality, customer-focused, end to end recruitment administration duties while being supported by Recruitment Officers and Team Leaders.
The post holder will lead the administration of processes and procedures, ensuring robust auditing processes are in place to achieve compliance with and adherence to employment legislation, guidance and best practice., We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, efficient Recruitment Assistants to join our busy Recruitment Team, You will be will be responsible for providing a quality, customer-focused, end to end recruitment administrative service.
You will need to be extremely organised, have good attention to detail, and be able to work on your own initiative and conduct yourself in a professional, confident manner. You will have an enthusiastic attitude and will be a clear effective communicator, used to working in a customer focused role and have experience of working as part of a team.
As a recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for conducting ID appointments and completion of pre-employment checks. This will include administration of new starter processes and will be the first point of contact for candidates and Recruiting Managers which will require both face-to-face and over the phone contact.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, however hybrid working will be considered., + Assist the Recruitment Team with the administration of the complete end to end recruitment processes

+ Update the Electronic Staff Records system and TRAC/NHS Jobs e-Recruitment systems as required
+ Liaise with internal and external customers in a professional and appropriate manner to ensure delivery of an excellent service
+ Deal efficiently and effectively with all incoming enquiries in a timely manner ensuring that any follow up actions required are noted or passed to a colleague accordingly
+ Aware of and complies with the requirement of the General Data Protection Regulations (2018)
+ Assist colleagues within the department as necessary to ensure work priorities are maintained
+ Ensure all processes comply with recruitment policy and best practice
