Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

Contract Type: 9 month FTC

Hiring Manager: Richard Matthews

Location: Alderley Park

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in Alderley Park.

The Recruitment Business Partner will report directly to the Lead Recruitment Business Partner and will play a key role in supporting the execution of the recruitment strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to contribute to a positive candidate experience.

As a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition you will be instrumental in developing a new dedicated in-house recruitment team, designing fit for purpose processes,

providing recruitment expertise and insight to drive performance, directly influence leaders across the group

and promoting the Royal London Brand within the external market to attract talent and drive a diverse and inclusive workplace.

About the role

-Collaborate with the wider People Team to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition with other People processes.
-Support the Lead Recruitment Business Partner in implementing the talent acquisition strategy and plans.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and assist in developing recruitment plans.
-Assist in sourcing and attracting a diverse pool of candidates for various roles within the organization where required.
-Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process working with a team of recruitment specialists, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
-Assist in evaluating recruitment service levels, processes, and technology performance to identify areas for improvement.
-Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to contribute to innovative recruitment strategies.
-Assist in monitoring recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
-Collaborate with the wider People Team to ensure alignment and integration of talent acquisition with other HR processes.

About you

-Experience of working successfully in a matrixed HR delivery model
-Proven track record in a In-House Recruitment Business Partner role, preferably in a dynamic

organisation

with a diversity of talent needs.
-Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing techniques, including digital channel usage, and the broader recruitment technology landscape.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strategic mindset, able to build credibility as a trusted SME partner and align talent acquisition initiatives with business goals and objectives.
-Strong analytical skills, able to scope, interpret and integrate recruitment data to drive actionable insights and improvements.
