Recruitment Campaign and Talent Acquisition Lead

St John and St Elizabeth Hospital is delighted to offer this new an exciting opportunity to a target driven recruiter, this is a dual role. The Post Holder will be supported by the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving recruitment campaigns and managing talents in the hospital. You will be responsible for undertaking safe and fair recruitment activities both externally and internally driving down vacancies and increasing applications and job offers., You will be providing practical support to the Recruitment Manager and the Recruitment Team on vacancy reduction and hard to recruit roles. The post holder will be expert in managing recruitment job boards and social media campaigns and supporting the recruitment process; including managing vacancies, supporting and managing candidates through the on-boarding process, and assisting with retention and ad-hoc projects. The post holder will be expected to deputise for the recruitment manager as required and take a part in day to day administration of recruitment and retention activities. This post supports both clinical and non-clinical recruitment including bank appointments
