Full Job Description

This Recruitment Co-Ordinator will report to the Recruitment Co-ordinator - Team Leader and will work within the HR directorate (Talent Acquisition Team) based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee., To provide a full shared service activity to deliver all associated "end to end" administration for vacancies. To deliver customer satisfaction, raising the bar and improving performance., The team must complete all recruitment administrative activities and actions, this includes,

  • New starter contracts
  • Internal appointment letters
  • Perform pre-employment checks on new starters and managing entire process
  • Set up new agency / permanent staff in SAP
  • Create position numbers
  • Respond to ad hoc recruitment queries
  • Checking/verifying all non-UK qualifications and any other documentation
  • Manage recruitment inbox and dealing with queries
  • Ensure all required candidate information is captured as a full pack per candidate with no omissions, eg interview notes etc
  • Offer and contract completion
  • Satisfactory referencing
  • Liaise with new employees, arranging start dates, ensuring a link is maintained with candidates post offer acceptance and pre joining
  • Induction process/on-boarding., You will contribute to success of the function by supporting change and striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. A confidential approach will help the team maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • You will need to take an active interest in their self-development and take advantage of learning opportunities in the workplace. Employees will ensure they understand the health and safety risks involved in their work activities and their responsibility to apply the controls needed to manage those risks to acceptable levels. Similarly where work activities can have an adverse impact upon the environment, and where there are legal requirements, employees will understand those impacts and the controls they must ensure are applied.

    You will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. You will have experience working in a customer service environment and can use your experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide a swift and accurate solution. You will ideally have experience working in an HR or recruitment field.,
  • Excel experience with the ability to produce reports
  • Collaborative working
  • Excellent Customer focus including, written, telephony, email, face to face
  • All completed activities follow best practice and any legislative requirements
  • Manage relationships with wider HR team and multiple Business Managers
  • Respond to all requests for information or support within an appropriate timescale
  • Support projects relating to new activities within the resourcing team as required
  • HR knowledge & experience

    You will attract a salary of Circa £29,000.00 and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote
