Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Service Innovation Group and play a key role in sourcing top talent to help us continue driving our business forward. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting candidates, screening them, and matching them to the right positions within our company. Your ability to design effective recruiting strategies, build strong relationships, and make sound judgments will be essential to your success.,

• Update and refine recruiting procedures, including job application and onboarding processes.
• Track and analyse key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean searches.
• Research and select effective job advertising platforms to attract top candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
• Recommend strategies to strengthen the employer brand.
• Collaborate with department managers to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
• Stay informed on labour legislation and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in job fairs and career events to enhance the company's visibility and network.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network with HR professionals, educational institutions, and other partners.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interview process.
• Help onboard new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Use the internal ATS system to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all Right to Work, medical, and other pre-employment checks are completed and monitored.
• Post job advertisements on appropriate job board
