Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to secure new healthcare clients by understanding their staffing needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs and workforce planning.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to inform sales strategies.

    Key Care & Support are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong emphasis on Business Development to join our team, focusing on the healthcare sector. This role requires an understanding of recruitment practices within the healthcare industry and a strategic mindset for business expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in both recruitment and business development, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, drive client acquisition, and effectively match candidates to meet clients' needs., Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment or sales, with a focus on business development in the healthcare sector.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Driving License: Preferred, as the role involves travel for client visits.
