Recruitment Consultant

The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies within your specialist sectors. We work in a grown up, non corporate environment and pride ourselves in placing the right professional, into the right role, at the right time. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and develop candidate and client relationships
• Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients
• Create and implement candidate attraction strategies
• Attend and chair meetings in a consultative manner

The role will entail working closely with region leading Construction Contractors, Consultancies, Engineers and Developers to attract talent to their businesses.
