Full Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating, planning, and executing a range of both online and offline recruitment events, from large-scale open days to intimate, targeted webinars. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure these events run smoothly and deliver maximum impact. Building and maintaining strong relationships with these stakeholders will be essential to the success of your events, helping to enhance our recruitment efforts.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for using advanced CRM tools (full training will be provided) to drive prospective student engagement and guide them through every step of the recruitment journey. From initial inquiry to enrollment, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for candidates.

In addition to event management, other key duties will include handling day-to-day recruitment activities, such as answering queries from prospective students, representing the institution at external recruitment fairs, and leading conversion activities to encourage prospective students to move forward in the application process.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to take initiative and implement innovative ideas that improve the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies. By collaborating with teams across the university and leveraging data from our CRM systems, you will help to drive continuous improvement in our student recruitment and conversion processes.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment and Conversion Officer, specialising in events, to join our dynamic Marketing, Recruitment, and Alumni team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
