Full Job Description

We are at an exciting time of transformation and have recently worked hard to improve our processes, to provide even better recruitment support to the academies we serve. Working in this role, you will have a chance to support the embedding of these new processes and continue to shape the way we to recruit in the future. From placing advertisements, supporting candidate attraction for key/hard to fill roles and providing robust and measured pre-employment compliance checks, you will have the opportunity to make a difference to the way we recruit and learn lots along the way!

Working in a fast-paced environment, it is essential that you have great attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. The successful candidate will need to build strong working relationships with their allocated academies and proactively manage recruitment and compliance needs.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team and have the ability to work on a hybrid basis - both from home and in our Central (Kingswood, Bristol) office, along with onsite at our academies when needed.

You will be joining a multi-academy trust with 35 academies spread across the South-West, with 3000+ staff serving 18,000+ students. As a growing trust, we are keen to add another Coordinator to the team who shares our passion for working in the education sector and with a drive to recruit the very best teachers and support staff around., Cabot Learning Federation Benefits
