Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruitment a part-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Human Resources team. The role is part-time (up to circa 30 hours a week worked across five days) and initially fixed-term until August 2025. The role would be based at our main Farnborough campus and there is some flexibility regarding working hours for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include:

  • Placing of recruitment adverts on job boards, the College's website and social media
  • Arranging, supporting and coordination of interviews
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Managing speculative applications
  • Providing additional support to the Human Resources team

    Whilst experience of working in a recruitment or HR environment would be desirable, we are looking for a candidate with strong proven administrative skills, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
