Full Job Description

GardaWorld is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to manage recruitment efforts for specific regions. Based in London, this role focuses on ensuring high-quality recruitment practices, from role scoping to delivering top-tier candidates, while maintaining GardaWorld's professional standards., Recruitment Efforts:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to scope roles and define recruitment needs for assigned regions.
  • Post and monitor active role requisitions using the ATS and other recruitment/social media platforms.
  • Design and publish recruitment adverts on third-party recruitment agency sites and social media.
  • Conduct initial CV screening and shortlisting of potential candidates.
  • Verify candidate credentials, including military history and professional documentation, before interviews.
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview invites, confirmations, and post-interview follow-ups.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and maintaining accurate candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the application process for security clearances and visas in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Functions:
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the clinical governance function.
  • Interact with the Commercial Support Team to provide CVs for bids.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Manager.

    Strong administrative, record tracking, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work systematically under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders., Minimum of 2 years working in a coordination/administrative function.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Experience with administering an Applicant Tracking System (SAP, PageUp, Taleo).
  • Experience with bulk recruitment and selection processes.
  • CIPD recruitment and selection certified desirable.
