Recruitment Coordinator

As our recruitment coordinator you will be instrumental to supporting the recruitment of both permanent and temporary staff into the college. It is a varied and busy role, with plenty of opportunities for stretch for the right candidate. The role is based at our Rush Green Campus (between Romford and Dagenham Heathway stations).,

• End to end recruitment for permanent and temporary workers to BDC.
• Maintenance of recruitment data and ATS
• Liaison with external partner agencies (PSL)
• Key coordinator between managers, agencies, HR Operations partners and candidates.
  
  Has recruitment experience, including writing job ads, sourcing of candidates, and liaison with agencies.
• Is a keen problem solver and excellent communicator.
• Has experience working with Talos 360 (or can demostrate ability to learn a new system quickly).
• Motivated by working in a high pressure environment with challenging roles to fill.
