Full Job Description

The role will include supporting managers and prospective employees in all aspects of the recruitment process, focusing on monthly Resident Doctors intakes and in line with relevant SOPs, policies, legislation and Trust`s values.
The applicant will have excellent customer service and attention to details skills. Tasks also include, but are not limited to, issuing offer letters, work schedules, contracts of employment, completing ID checks, maintaining recruitment trackers, dealing with pay queries, parental leave applications and queries, visas queries, interpretation of policies and procedures.
The candidate will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with staff at all levels within the Organisation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Co-ordinator to join the Doctors in Training Team (Medical Recruitment, HEE Resident doctors) at Barts Health NHS Trust.
We are expanding the current team, and this is a new post: we are looking for a well-organised, proactive team player with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can work well under pressure whilst adhering to procedures and deadlines and who thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in either Recruitment or Human Resources, will help provide a comprehensive service, covering the full range of matters, both internal and external to meet the service needs in an effective and professional manner as well as assisting in other operational HR requirements.

Although this position is a 12 months fixed-term contract, the actual contract duration will be adjusted to account for the time taken to advertise the post, complete the hiring process, and finalise pre-employment checks. This means the contract will begin when the candidate starts the role and may be slightly shorter than 12 months.
