Full Job Description

This position will be integral in the delivery of our high profile and newly established Medical Staff Bank. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service to build and support the temporary staff bank for doctors, The Temporary Staffing team supports the recruitment and safe on-boarding of doctors onto the Trust's Staff Bank, which books Doctors to temporarily cover gaps in staffing across the Trust. This role will involve working with a range of stakeholders including other Recruitment Assistants, Recruitment Coordinators, Hiring Managers, Candidates and Internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in leading all day-to-day recruitment administration activities and jointly manage a small and dedicated team.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and safe on-boarding process from start to finish, in line with NHS Check Standards.

This will involve engaging with candidates, completing administrative tasks, providing advice and support to all stakeholders, and you will obtain learning to become a subject matter expert on Temporary and Medical Staffing.
