Full Job Description
Main duties will include:
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through a variety of different internal and external channels
- Screening, arranging interviews & on-boarding new colleagues
- Arranging and attending assessment and recruitment events
- Providing accurate information for reporting & tracking purposes
- Maintain staff database and personnel files
- Support the wider HR team with: + Writing contracts + Maintaining the staff database and personnel files + Obtaining references + Carrying out DBS checks + Training and Development administration + Payroll administraion + and other general HR administration tasks
- At least 2 - 3 years proven experience working in an office-based administration role. Previous experience working in a Recruitment or HR role would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- A fun and energetic nature with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Full driving license with access to your own vehicle (essential), Do you have at least 2-3 years proven experience working in an office-based administration or HR/Recruitment role?

Reporting into the Head of Business Services, the Recruitment & HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department and wider business with all aspects of KOOSA Kids Recruitment & HR administration. Your main responsibilities will be to successfully support the sourcing, screening and on-boarding of part-time and casual staff for our breakfast clubs, after school clubs and holiday clubs, as well as for our full-time head office teams. Experience working in a busy Recruitment or Human Resources role would be an advantage; a proven background in administration, strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must., To be successful as Recruitment & HR Administrator, you will ideally have:
