Full Job Description

As Recruitment Intern, you will become part of our dynamic recruitment team, learning from seasoned professionals. Your role involves supporting the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds.,

  • Administrative Support: Assist in the recruitment processes for both lawyer and business teams, including facilitating recruitment approval.
  • Candidate Management: Organise interviews and assessments by coordinating the diaries of interviewers and candidates, both virtually and in-person.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive journey for candidates and contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and attract a diverse pool of applicants.

  • Some experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative role dealing with senior level individuals.

  • Strong communication abilities in writing and daily dialogue with colleagues and candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and a strong interest in delivering excellent service.
