Recruitment Manager

As the Recruitment Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our recruitment strategy by leading our internal recruitment team of Advisors and Coordinators. You will drive an innovative and effective process to ensure we hire the right people using a variety of attraction methods, while consistently delivering a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates., Lead the development and implementation of an effective direct sourcing strategy through a team of approximately 12 Recruiters.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the resourcing cycle, including labour planning, forecasting, employer branding, attraction, selection, and onboarding.
Form strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across operations to manage expectations, champion processes, and share best practices, with a focus on reducing time and cost per hire.
Manage contracts and third-party relationships.
Provide accurate, consistent resourcing data and market insights.

Proven experience leading a high-performing in-house recruitment team through a direct sourcing model.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment through peaks and troughs.
Strong understanding of candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding compliance.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate effectively with wider teams.
Experience in logistics and recruiting a self-employed workforce is highly desirable.

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience. 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme plus other benefits.
