Full Job Description

At Bupa Dental Care, we want to find fresh and innovative ways to tell our story and to bring our opportunities to life. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our team of recruiters and own the social media activity for our employer brand strategy.
We're looking for a passionate Recruitment Marketing Executive to ensure we're doing everything we can to attract the right people to BDC. We know our offering stands us apart and our story is unique - we need you to help us tell it.
If you're naturally curious, creative, and always looking for exciting new content ideas, then this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll do:
+ Day-to-day management of our B2B social media channels, producing engaging content to drive increased visibility of current opportunities and help build our talent pools (LinkedIn, Bupa Dental Care Careers Facebook and our @lifeatbupadentalcare Instagram).
+ Design, deliver and execute employer brand and attraction campaigns aligned to our strategy and candidate engagement plans.
+ Deliver a varied content strategy, including producing blog posts, articles, infographics, interviews and more.
+ Liaising with teams across the business to source stories and news.
+ Support with the day-to-day management of our careers website, writing and updating content in the CMS.
+ Maintain and evolve company profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and relevant job boards/publications.
+ Regular reporting of performance and competitor review
+ Provide recruitment marketing support and guidance to the wider recruitment team when required.

+ Experience in creating content for social media with some examples of your work.
+ Confident using editing software such as the Adobe Suite (or maybe you're a Canva user?).
+ Excellent communicator, hitting the correct tone and language in our comms to our candidate audience.
+ An understanding of how different marketing campaigns work and where they might be used in recruitment
+ Creative and innovative - ability to develop new ideas.
+ Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
If you or someone you know would be interested in working with a dynamic and expanding healthcare business, with lots of support on offer, great benefits and friendly teams, we would love to hear from you!
