Full Job Description

Are you a creative and self-motivated person with a passion for recruitment? Do you love bringing fresh ideas to the table? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who can shake things up and make our recruitment process stand out!
What you'll be doing:
+ Developing eye-catching job adverts, recruitment and social media campaigns.
+ Working with our senior leaders and leading innovative campaigns to attract top talent.
+ Maximising our applicant tracking system (ATS) and producing KPI data to inform recruitment and retention decisions.
+ Representing us at events and fairs.
+ Implementing and delivering our recruitment and retention plan alongside our HR Team.
