Recruitment Officer

The Learner Recruitment Officer will be responsible for recruiting NEET Young People for our Study Programme and future courses aimed at young people. The Learner Recruitment Officer will be a dynamic individual who is able to develop and maintain positive relationships with the full range of referral partners within your local communities, as well as engage and motivate young people.
The Learner Recruitment Officer will actively promote the provision and all learner successes, attend all relevant networking events, and keep all referral partners abreast of both learner and company developments/progress.
