The Role Recruitment Officer (Apprenticeship Team) The Successful Candidate The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
- Proven experience of working with employers/stakeholders.
- Recruitment experience advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of Microsoft packages and CRM databases.
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports in a format that is accessible and transferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process driven skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Advice and guidance experience advantageous but not essential.
- An understanding of the significance of equality of opportunity.
- An understanding of the importance and relevance of safeguarding within the educational environment. Rewards and Benefits include
