Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator

Our Human Resources Service supports the implementation of the Council's One Coventry Plan and leads on the implementation of our People Plan. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to multitask, while working to tight deadlines. You will need to be a strong administrator with experience of dealing with a variety of customers, offering full customer support. Queries you will receive will focus on recruitment checks and onboarding related issues. Good communication and organisational skills are a key part of this role.
