Our commitment to delivering outstanding service means we need a dynamic Recruitment and Retention Team Lead to help us attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring that our teams continue to deliver the exceptional care our clients deserve.
Your Role:
Are you a proactive, creative leader with a passion for building brands and connecting with people? This is more than just a recruitment role-it's an opportunity to shape and lead a team, build lasting relationships, and make a real difference in the lives of both our staff and the people we serve.
What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Job Centres: Work in partnership with local job centres to support job seekers by providing guidance on CV writing, completing applications, and conducting mock interviews.
Support Retired Professionals: Partner with Age UK to assist retired and semi-retired individuals in accessing meaningful work opportunities.
Advertise Strategically: Build relationships with job centres and educational institutions, ensuring vacancies are effectively promoted through these channels, including local colleges.
Manage Tier 2 Sponsorships: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for Tier 2 Sponsorships, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish while maintaining compliance.
Drive Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with ICare's growth goals, proactively increasing recruitment numbers and retention rates to support our expansion.
Lead a High-Performing Team: Inspire, coach, and empower the Recruitment and Retention Team, fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture. Support team members in developing creative, effective approaches to recruitment and retention challenges.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee all recruitment and retention processes, ensuring they are compliant, efficient, and reflective of best practices. Streamline systems for optimal recruitment workflows and an exceptional candidate experience.
Who You Are:
Innovative Leader: You bring fresh ideas and have a track record of creating recruitment and retention strategies that attract and retain talent in meaningful ways.
Brand Ambassador: Networking comes naturally to you. You're comfortable building partnerships, attending events, and representing the Company as a passionate advocate.
Data-Driven Strategist: You use metrics and insights to drive decision-making, constantly seeking ways to optimize our talent acquisition and retention efforts.
Hands-On Team Player: You lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to support your team and fostering an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and shared success.
Proven experience in a recruitment and retention leadership role, ideally with exposure to brand-building and recruitment marketing.
Strong communication skills and experience in creating and managing social media campaigns for talent attraction.
