As we move to the new recruitment model we are building a team of Recruitment Specialists in Alderley Park. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the Group. This role requires exceptional sourcing skills, a deep understanding of candidate evaluation, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of potential candidates. As a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record in candidate attraction you will be instrumental in building attraction campaigns promoting the Royal London Asset Management Brand within the internal / external market to attract talent and drive a diverse and inclusive workplace. About the role

  • Partner with the Royal London Asset Management Recruitment Business Partners to understand the hiring needs and develop a targeted sourcing strategy with RLAM.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and passive candidate outreach, to identify and engage with high-calibre candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Present qualified candidates to the Recruitment Business Partners, providing detailed evaluations and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and candidate targeting.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Business Partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.

    Recruitment experience supporting a buy-side firm
  • Experience of working successfully in a matrixed HR delivery model
  • Proven track record in a recruitment role either In-House or Recruitment agency with a focus on candidate sourcing and headhunting,
  • Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing techniques, including digital channel usage, and the broader recruitment technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships with candidates at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, platforms, and social media channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
