Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, collaborating with senior management on hiring needs, conducting extensive job market research, creating compelling job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively with senior management are essential for success in this role., Work closely with senior management to understand current and future hiring needs.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and advise on hiring strategies. 5. Offer Management:
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Negotiate employment terms and conditions in alignment with company policies. 6. Contract Management:
• Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with UK employment laws.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely. 7. Onboarding:
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including induction programs and paperwork.
• Act as a point of contact for new employees during their transition.
  
  Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent research and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
