If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you., The Recruitment Team Leader will provide an effective and efficient recruitment service to NHSE for all staff groups across NHSE, ensuring that all information leaving the department is to quality standards and in line with NHSE's policies and procedures.
The Recruitment Team Leader will undertake all transactional activity on TRAC to support NHSE recruitment ensuring that an excellent service is offered to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle; that all documentation issued is accurate and of a high quality.
The Recruitment Team Leader will work closely with colleagues in the other regions to ensure a consistent approach across the organisation.
They will also be expected to have close links with the wider HR&OD team., As Recruitment Team Leader, you will be committed to providing a first class Recruitment & Resourcing service and will be one of the first point of contact for recruiting managers and applicants for all resourcing activity.
The role is busy and your days will be varied and will include:

  • Managing the onboarding of applicants

  • Processing contractual changes including promotions and internal secondments

  • Quality assurance of documenting produced by the team

  • Training and upskilling members of the team

  • Coordinating resourcing activity ensuring team KPI's are met.
